Refund Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all templates.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
You are eligible for a full refund if:
Your request is made within 14 days of purchase, and
You purchased directly through our official store or Lemon Squeezy checkout.
After 14 days, refunds are not available.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact me at ronan@drumm.studio with your order details or Lemon Squeezy transaction ID.
We will process all eligible refunds within 5–10 business days of receiving your request.
3. Digital Product Policy
Because our templates are digital products, you retain access to the files after purchase. We trust our customers to use this policy fairly and in good faith.
If you request a refund, please delete any copies of the product files from your Framer account and devices once the refund has been processed.
4. Payment Processing
All payments and refunds are securely handled through Lemon Squeezy.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
