We provide website templates and related digital assets for designers, developers, and businesses to use within Framer.
2. Use of This Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others or restrict their use of the site.
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to this website or any connected systems.
3. Product Licenses
When you download or purchase a template, you are granted one of the following licenses:
Standard License
Grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for one website hosted on Framer (personal or commercial).
Best for app founders, startups, and small teams creating a single site.
Pro License
Grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for unlimited websites hosted on Framer that you or your clients own or operate.
Ideal for designers, agencies, or developers working on multiple Framer sites.
All templates are designed and licensed exclusively for use within the Framer platform. They cannot be exported for hosting elsewhere.
4. Restrictions
You cannot:
Resell, redistribute, or share the template files publicly.
Use the design to create competing templates or products.
Export the design for hosting outside of Framer.
Transfer the license to another person or organization without written permission.
You can:
Modify and adapt the template within Framer for your own use or for clients.
Build as many sites as your license allows (Standard = 1 site, Pro = unlimited sites).

5. Payments
All payments are securely processed through Lemon Squeezy.
We do not store or have access to your payment details.
Prices may change at any time without notice, but changes do not affect existing customers.
6. Refunds
We offer a 30-day refund policy.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days and we’ll process a full refund.
Refund requests after 30 days cannot be accepted.

7. Updates and Support
All purchases include lifetime template updates and email support for setup or functionality questions.
We do not provide custom design, coding, or implementation services beyond the template scope.
8. Intellectual Property
All product files, layouts, and designs remain the intellectual property of Drumm Studio.
You are purchasing a license to use the files inside Framer, not ownership of the underlying assets.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our products are provided “as is.” We are not liable for any damages, data loss, or business interruption resulting from the use or inability to use our templates.
10. Third-Party Services
Our site and products integrate with third-party services including Framer, Google Analytics, and Lemon Squeezy.
We are not responsible for the practices or policies of these third parties. Please review their respective terms and privacy policies.
